Alisa Gashi recently graduated from North Central College with a BA in Health Sciences and a minor in Professional English Writing. During her time at college, Alisa held various leadership roles both on and off campus, emphasizing community engagement and diversity and inclusion.

Notably, she co-founded the Albanian-American Youth Group of Illinois. Alongside her academic and leadership pursuits, she gained practical experience working as a Pharmacy Technician and Medical Assistant. Although Alisa was born in the United States, her family emigrated from Kosovo during the 1999 war.

She remains committed to advocating for Albanian youth, fostering a sense of community through teaching and outreach, and is enthusiastic about the opportunities offered by Care for Albania.
