Ana’s background is in Cultural Anthropology with a minor in psychology. She has a passion for mental health and neuroscience. As the eldest daughter and an immigrant she had to do the grueling inner work little by little without therapy because of the stigma.

Seeing how important this inner work was for her personal life, she wanted to share all of her self-taught knowledge with other people and decided to become a trauma coach.

“Coming back to my roots after having a disconnect for many years” is the reason she joined Care for Albania. Giving back to the Albanian community by bridging the gap between culture and mental health.
