Brikena holds a Bachelor degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from University of Tirana/Albania. Additionally, she has earned the PMP (Project Management Professional) certification PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) certification. These certifications reflect on her commitment to continuous learning and her dedication to staying at the forefront of project management best practices.

Her entire work experience is related with humanitarian industry. She has almost a decade of experience in project management in this sector. She has always wanted to positively influence the lives of her citizens and give her contributions for a better society which is empathic, peaceful and spiritually fulfilled.
