Dr. Silvana Loka relocated from Albania in 2019 where she obtained her doctorate in psychology and a master’s degree in psychological counseling. In 2022, she obtained her license as a psychologist in Pennsylvania.

She has 20 years of extensive and dynamic work experience on teaching several courses in psychology in different universities in Albania. During her last few years in Albania, she was the of Dean of Students, which gave her the opportunity to assist, guide and support students from a different perspective, providing them different student-oriented services.

Silva has worked with many vulnerable communities in remote areas of Albania, including communities suffering from addiction, individuals with intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, and various social difficulties.

Currently, she is a psychologist at WES Health Systems and is the Quality Management Director where she oversees quality assurance issues in different facilities in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey

She holds a special interest in working with adults and couples and focuses on trauma, depression, personal growth and relational challenges.
